This is the initial stage where the paper waste is collected, disposed of properly, and then re-used. The dispatch of paper waste involves gathering and sorting the waste, preparing it for the production process.

his stage transforms the collected paper waste into Pulp blocks. The process begins with cleaning and shredding the waste, then soaking it to prepare for pulping. The resulting pulp is dewatered, mixed with cement, and molded into blocks. Finally, the blocks are dried, solidifying them for use. This process ensures the efficient transformation of waste into a valuable, sustainable construction material.

This is the final stage where the blocks are packed and prepared for delivery. The blocks are then delivered to their respective destinations, ready to be used in construction.
